We are currently looking for people to join our team in Mid Suffolk, to join our bank of qualified and suitable staff.
As an alternative provision working with young people who have high additional needs, we expect all our staff to be sensitive to the needs of young people, thoughtful in preparation and practice, and curious about the ways in which the work we do can lead to opportunities for flourishing and personal growth. Our ultimate goal is to help support our young people move out of our provision believing in themselves and their ability to become competent and happy in the world.
All staff are required to have professional experience and higher qualification relating to the education or therapeutic treatment of young people.
People with experience in outdoor education, managing risk, outdoor cooking or food safety, growing, gardening and woodworking may find themselves very much at home with us.
